We have a separate forging Plant - Venktesh Industry , equipped with Rattan Make 1.5 Ton Bell Drop Hammer, Induction Billet Heating Furnace, Crack Detection Machine , Laboratory, Die Shop, etc. This unit is an ISO 900: 2001 certified and capable to forge 1 Kg to 8 Kgs. components in alloy and non alloy steel depending on the profile of components. Our total manufacturing capacity is 200 MT /Month. Due to ever increasing demand of customer, we are in a process of putting another Hammer in coming few month.
Sheet Metal Pressing
This unit came into existence , when our group started manufacturing Banjo Beam Assly. for Tata Ace . To satisfy the customer in terms of delivery, quality and cost , we have established Sheet Metal Pressing Unit in Chakan named Venkatesh Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. Now a day’s company is having different capacity of presses like 50 Ton. 100 Ton, 150 Ton, 250 Ton & 500 Tons and 1000 Tons are under installation. We are making dies and tools in-house to produce Banjo Beam and other pressed parts in house.
Our state of art foundry unit , named - Atharva Foundry Pvt.Ltd. is located in MIDC Wai, Statra District , Maharashtra 80 KM far from PUNE towards Mahabaleshwar Kolhapur road. It is well connected to other parts of country as well as very near to seaport and financial capital of India- Mumbai . Plant is equipped with latest machinery and infrastructure, R&D with capable, efficient, experienced dedicated team of technocrats for the compliance of International standards and stringent customers requirements within targeted time frame.
