Yash Group started in 2001 by the name of "Yash Industries" by Mr. Vinay Naik with a small machining set up at Chakan, within 19 years company has grown rapidly and now a days company has 8 plants across the India. More than 300 parts are manufactured and supplied to the customers with the best quality and high precision at competitive price. In Financial year 2018-2019 company has sales turnover of 400 crores.
Although our core area is machining but we are diversified into ductile Iron Casting, hot forging and sheet metal pressing and other process like powder coating, ED coating being outsourced. Yash Group is providing "ONE STOP" solution to the customers.
The components manufactured in the Ductile Iron are Companion Flanges, Case Differential, Axle Carrier, Drive Shaft- Yoke and forks, Brake Spider, Manifold, Brackets, Wheel Hubs, Slack Adjustor Body, Similarly companion flanges, Slip Yoke, Flange Yoke, many other parts are being produced in Hot forged route. The complete manufacturing set up of "Banjo Beam Assembly" (Fabricated Light Commercial vehicle Axle Beam) which is being supplied to the Spicer India.
With an idea to become a preferred OEM Supplier, Yash Group has set up 4 Machining plants which are very near to customer, provide JIT delivery and prompt response. Machining CNC,VMC, HMC Induction Hardening and Broaching, Grinding & Inspection (CMM), operated by highly skilled technocrats to adhere strengthen quality system to avoid any non-conformances which enables to achieve ZERO PPM. All facilities are an IATF16949 Certified.
Atharva Foundries Pvt Ltd. is sister concern of Yash Group. It provides raw castings to group Companies as well as to customers. Foundry has 4 DISA and 1 Rahino (Lost Foam) make High Pressure Moulding lines, InductothermFurnace, DISA Sand plant, Magma Simulation Software, Spectrometer Auto Pouring systems and other latest technologies. It's monthly production capacity is 2200 MT. Maximum weight can be produced is 45Kgs. Castings are being made from 400 to 800 grade and 900 are under development.
Hot forging plant having 1600 ton Russian imported press with IBH- inductotherm Make and other equipment that can forge up-to 8 Kgs components.
Sheet Metal pressing plant equipped with the Hydraulic capacity 800, 500, 250, 200, 150, 100 & 500 tone. Which is a complete range of producing child parts to Bigger components suitable for Banjo Beam Assembly (Rear Axle). This plant is having dedicated machine line, Robotic Welding, Leakage testing, CMM etc.
