The journey of Yash Group begun with the establishment of Yash Industries in the year 2001, founded by Mr. Vinay Naik. What started as a small machining set up at Chakan, now boast of 8 plants across India. The company owns its rapid growth to its “Just – In - Time” delivery to the end customer, making it a “Preferred Supplier”. Under the abled umbrella of Yash Groups more than 300 parts are being manufactured and is timely supplied to its customers, at the best competitive price and the best quality.
Although Machining is our core area, we are also branched out into Ductile Iron Casting, Hot Forging and Sheet Metal Pressing components and Assly(s). By incorporating various processes and services of high quality like machining, broaching, induction hardening, painting, powder coating, Ed coating to name a few; as such the Yash Group provides “ONE STOP” solution to its customers.
Under Ductile Iron we manufacture a wide range of highly durable, flexible and lasting components like Companion Flanges, Case Differential, Axle Carrier, Drive Shaft-Yoke and forks, Brake Spider, Brackets, Wheel Hubs, Slack Adjustor Body. Also, Companion Flanges, Slip Yoke, Flange Yoke, and many other parts are being produced in hot forged process applying cutting edge technology.
As a supplier of agriculture equipment’s (Tractor) parts we have been accredited with D.O.L (Direct On Line) status. The various parts fitted in the assly are Case Differential, different types of housing such as Beam, Side, Hub, and some other parts such as Bell Crank, Piston, Sleeves etc.
Keeping up with the changing trends we have developed several Case Differentials in 600/10 grade, which are being assembled in the Electric Vehicles.
We are also the manufacturer and supplier of Banjo Beam to one of the global tier 1 company. The entire manufacturing set up of “Banjo Beam Assembly” (Fabricated Light Commercial Vehicle Axle Beam) is done on a dedicated line incorporating technologies like robotic welding and the concept of “Single Piece Flow” under the supervision of our experienced professionals.
We are expanding our business and now all set to mark our prints in the Aluminium Segment too; We are setting up a Green Field project in WAI MIDC, Satara District in Maharashtra. A state-of-art plant, this plant will be equipped with modern machineries backed by latest technology and robotic automation, supervised by skilled, dedicated human asset.
A sister concern of Yash Groups, ’Atharva Foundries Pvt Ltd’ provides raw castings to the group companies and also to other customers. The Foundry with an advance set up and latest technologies like 3 DISA and 1 Rahino make High Pressure Moulding lines, Inductotherm Furnace, DISA Sand Plant, Magma Simulation Software, Spectrometer Auto Pouring Systems, has 3200MT monthly production capacity; with 45Kgs being the maximum weight that is produced. Castings are beinraw castings g made from 400 to 800 grade. Foundry has developed 600/10 grade and many components are being supplied in this grade.
Having 1600-ton Russian Press with IBH- inductotherm make and other equipment’s such as Reduce Roller, Controlled Cooling Conveyers, Normalising Furnace, Trimming Press, MPI machine, etc, our Hot Forging Plant can forge up-to 8 Kgs components.
Our Sheet Metal Pressing Plant works on a dedicated machining line, Robotic Welding, Leakage testing, CMM etc ensuring stringent quality control; equipped with the Hydraulic capacity of 800, 500, 250,200, 150 &100 tons - the plant provides a complete range right from child parts to bigger components suitable for Banjo Beam Assembly(Rear Axle).
